Bell Textron (formerly Bell Helicopter Textron) is a pioneering American rotorcraft manufacturer renowned for the UH-1 Huey and the V-22 Osprey tiltrotor (joint with Boeing). Current programs include Bell 412, AH-1Z Viper attack helicopter, UH-1Y Venom, and the V-280 Valor tiltrotor which won the US Army FLRAA competition in 2022. Textron Aviation also produces Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft used by militaries worldwide including the T-6 Texan II trainer. Bell has delivered over 35,000 aircraft since 1935 across military and commercial segments.
