Next-generation electronic warfare (EW) system being developed by Rheinmetall to provide the Bundeswehr with comprehensive signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic support measures (ESM), and electronic countermeasures (ECM) capability. Named after the Norse guardian deity, the system is designed to detect, locate, identify, and jam hostile radar and communications emitters across a wide frequency spectrum. Features modular architecture allowing deployment on wheeled and tracked vehicles, with variants for strategic/operational EW (detecting and jamming at extended ranges) and tactical EW (supporting manoeuvre forces with real-time electronic protection). Intended to replace and modernize Germany's aging EW fleet and integrate with NATO's electronic warfare architecture.

- Modern EW suite to replace aging Bundeswehr systems
- Integrated approach combining signals intelligence and electronic attack
- German-sovereign EW capability
- Still in development; specifications not finalized
- EW capabilities lag behind U.S. and peer competitors
- Funding competition with other modernization priorities
