Overview
Morocco operates the M113A3 armored personnel carrier as a workhorse for mechanized infantry and support roles. The M113 family is one of the most widely-produced armored vehicles in history with 80,000+ built. The A3 variant features an upgraded engine (275 hp), improved suspension, and updated electronics compared to earlier models. Morocco uses the M113A3 for troop transport, command variants, mortar carriers, and ambulances alongside more modern wheeled APCs.
