SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The Songun-ho (named after the 'Military First' policy) is North Korea's newest and most advanced main battle tank, publicly unveiled during military parades since 2020. The design features a large turret, apparent ERA coverage, and what appear to be active protection systems based on parade imagery. The Songun-ho represents a significant aesthetic advancement in North Korean tank design. However, its actual technological capabilities, production numbers, and real combat effectiveness cannot be independently verified.
