Pistola de servicio estándar 9x19mm que reemplaza a la M9 Beretta en todas las ramas del ejército de EE. UU. Basada en el diseño modular del SIG P320 con unidad de control de fuego serializada que permite cambios en el módulo de agarre. El M17 es de tamaño completo, el M18 es una variante compacta. Presenta seguridad manual, corredera lista para ópticas y cargadores de 17/21 disparos. Más de 400,000 entregadas.
