Overview
The Xian Y-20 Kunpeng is a large military transport aircraft developed by the Xi an Aircraft Industrial Corporation for the People Liberation Army Air Force. As China first indigenously designed strategic airlifter, it provides strategic airlift capability comparable to the C-17 Globemaster III. It can transport main battle tanks, armored vehicles, and large numbers of troops.
