Vehículo de planeo hipersónico estratégico desplegado en ICBMs UR-100N UTTKh (SS-19 Stiletto) y planeado para RS-28 Sarmat. Alcanzando velocidades de Mach 20-27 mientras maniobra para evadir todos los sistemas de defensa de misiles conocidos y proyectados. Lleva una ojiva nuclear. Declarado operativo en diciembre de 2019 con la 13ª División de Misiles. Representa el sistema de entrega nuclear estratégico más avanzado de Rusia.
