El Nebo-M es un complejo de radar móvil ruso contra sigilo que consta de tres vehículos radar separados que operan en frecuencias VHF, L-band y S/X-band. Al fusionar datos de las tres bandas, puede detectar y rastrear aeronaves furtivas que están optimizadas solo contra una banda de frecuencia. Cada vehículo puede ser desplegado de forma independiente o interconectado, proporcionando vigilancia aérea integral hasta 600 km.
