Variante modernizada del arma antitanque más ubicua del mundo. Lanzador reutilizable a hombro con dispositivo de puntería universal UP-7V compatible con la ojiva HEAT tándem PG-7VR capaz de penetrar 600mm de RHA detrás de ERA, TBG-7V termobárico y proyectiles de fragmentación OG-7V. Alcance efectivo de 200-500m dependiendo de la ojiva. Se estima que se han producido más de 9 millones de RPG-7 en todo el mundo.
