The Bayraktar TB2 (Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Block 2) is a medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) armed UAV developed by Baykar Defense. Powered by a Rotax 912 engine, it carries Roketsan MAM-C and MAM-L smart micro munitions and laser-guided bombs. Wingspan: 12 m, endurance: 24+ hours, altitude: 27,000 ft, range: 150 km data link. Combat-proven in Syria (2019-2020), Libya (2019-2020), Nagorno-Karabakh (2020) — where it devastated Armenian armored units — Ukraine (2022-present), and multiple African conflicts. Operated by 20+ nations, representing Turkish defense industry success. Over 500 units exported, making it the most widely exported combat drone outside the US-China duopoly.
