The Nebo-M is a Russian mobile counter-stealth radar complex consisting of three separate radar vehicles operating in VHF, L-band, and S/X-band frequencies. By fusing data from all three bands, it can detect and track stealth aircraft that are optimized against only one frequency band. Each vehicle can be deployed independently or networked together, providing comprehensive air surveillance out to 600 km.

SIGN INNetwork integration allows this platform to function as a sensor node as much as a strike platform.
Protection level against contemporary ATGM threats is the defining metric here, and these figures hold up well.
Combat management system interoperability with allied platforms is where this design pays dividends in coalition operations.

Communication redundancy built into this design reflects hard lessons learned from contested electromagnetic environments.
