Sistema de misiles de defensa costera móvil que dispara misiles de crucero antibuque Kh-35UE (3M24) subsónicos a distancias de hasta 260 km. Cada batería incluye 2 vehículos de comando, 4 vehículos lanzadores con 8 misiles cada uno, y 4 vehículos de transporte-cargador para recargas rápidas. Protege la costa y los estrechos de amenazas superficiales. La variante mejorada se integra con misiles hipersónicos Zircon.
