Kalashnikov Concern

Kalashnikov Concern (formerly Izhmash) is the world's most prolific small arms manufacturer, producing over 150 million Kalashnikov-pattern assault rifles since 1947. The AK-47/AKM and derivatives are the most widely produced weapons in history, serving 100+ national armed forces. Current products include AK-12, AK-74M, RPK-16, SVD Dragunov sniper rifle, and Kub/Lancet loitering munitions used extensively in Ukraine (2022-present). The Lancet-3 has proven highly effective against armored vehicles and radar systems in the Russia-Ukraine war, establishing Kalashnikov as a loitering munition producer alongside its traditional small arms business.
