SİSTEM GENEL BAKIŞI
Keşif uydularını kör etmek, drone optiklerini devre dışı bırakmak ve elektro-optik yönlendirme sistemlerini etkisiz hale getirmek için tasarlanmış mobil kara tabanlı lazer silah sistemi. Mobil fırlatıcıları gözetimden korumak için ICBM füze alanlarında konuşlandırılmıştır. Kesin güç çıkışı ve yetenekleri gizli tutulmaktadır. Ortaçağ Rus savaşçı rahibi Alexander Peresvet'ten ismini almıştır. Aralık 2018'de operasyonel olarak ilan edilmiştir.
