Piyade Savaş Aracı — Fransız Ordusu'nun ana 8x8 tekerlekli piyade savaş aracıdır. VBCI-2 varyantı, CTA International 40mm kasede teleskopik topa sahip Nexter T40 kulesini taşımaktadır; bu, hizmetteki en gelişmiş orta kalibreli silahlardan biridir. Temel VBCI, STANAG 4569 Seviye 4 koruma, mayın patlaması koruması ve NBC sistemi ile birlikte 28 ton ağırlığındadır. 8 dismount ve 3 kişilik bir mürettebat taşır. Yolda 100 km/s maksimum hıza sahip Volvo D12 550 hp motorla çalışmaktadır. Fransız Ordusu'na 630'dan fazla teslim edilmiştir. Araç, Mali, Lübnan ve diğer Fransız denizaşırı operasyonlarda savaşta kullanılmıştır.
